机床加工过程中切削刃曲率对刀具磨损影响研究

摘  要:机床进行切削加工过程中,刀具切削刃曲率发生改变时,被加工件上切削阻力会发生变化,导致切削力发生变化。刀具切削刃曲率的变化也会引起有效铣削面积与切削宽度发生变化。在铣削速度保持不变的情况下,铣削功率与切削力之间存在线性关系,而机加工中产生的热量与铣削功率有必然联系。调整刀具切削刃曲率,在加工过程中能改变最大切削弧长及散热条件。机床加工中产生的热量数值和散热状态是刀具磨损的重要因素。因此,研究机床加工过程中切削刃曲率与刀具磨损间的关系具有较高的研究价值。为了把握两者的关系,从刀具磨损机理出发,研究机床加工过程中不同切削刃曲率状态下最大切削宽度、最大有效切削弧长及最大铣削面积的状态,以期为机床加工刀具磨损研究提供借鉴。When the curvature of the cutting edge changes,the cutting resistance of the workpiece will change,resulting in the change of the cutting force.The effective milling area and cutting width also change with the change of cutting edge curvature.There is a linear relationship between milling power and cutting force while the milling speed remains constant,and the heat produced in machining is necessarily related to milling power.The maximum cutting arc length and heat dissipation condition can be changed by adjusting the cutting edge curvature.The numerical value of heat and the state of heat dissipation are the important factors of tool wear.Therefore,the study of the relationship between cutting edge curvature and tool wear in the process of machine tool processing has a high research value.In order to grasp the relationship between them,based on the mechanism of tool wear,the states of maximum cutting width,maximum effective cutting arc length and maximum milling area under different cutting edge curvature are studied,it can provide reference for the research of tool wear in machine tool processing.
