摘　　要：根据大功率采煤机电控箱隔爆盖板实际工况要求,在满足隔爆设计要求的情况下,改进隔爆盖板。增加盖板对齐装置,减轻盖板螺栓承重,对电控箱变形量进行计算,保证电控箱盖板在采煤机断电时能正常拆卸,并对盖板进行强度校核,使改进后的隔爆盖板能够满足综采面的工作要求,可为今后设计制造大功率采煤机积累经验。According to the actual working conditions of the explosion-proof cover plate of the high-power coal mining machinery control box,while meeting the explosion-proof design requirements,the explosion-proof cover plate is improved.Add an alignment device for the cover plate,reduce the load bearing of the cover plate bolts,calculate the deformation of the electric control box,ensure that the cover plate of the electric control box can be dismantled normally when the coal mining machine is powered off,and perform strength verification on the cover plate,make the improved explosion-proof cover plate meet the working requirements of the fully mechanized mining face.Accumulate experience for the future design and manufacturing of large mining height shearers.
