摘 要:数控回转工作台是数控机床的重要组成部分,在机械生产制造中起到承载、装夹和定位的作用,广泛应用于机械加工生产的各个领域。机械加工过程中,传统数控回转工作台表面和传动机构缝隙中会聚集大量铁屑。铁屑的聚集不仅影响工作台的回转精度,而且降低了工件的加工质量和生产效率,同时存在极大的安全隐患。针对以上问题,文章运用发明问题解决理论(Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems,TRIZ)问题识别工具对行业应用较广的HG71-HLTK12型卧式数控回转工作台进行分析,发现该型回转工作台存在缺少排屑装置、润滑方式有待改进等问题,进而运用TRIZ问题解决工具对数控回转工作台进行创新设计。创新设计的数控回转工作台具有自动清洁和润滑功能,解决了传统工作台因机械结构、润滑方式缺陷导致的一系列问题,延长了回转工作台的使用寿命,提高了机械零件的加工精度。Computer number control rotary table is an important part of computer number control machine tool,which plays the role of bearing,clamping and positioning in mechanical production and manufacturing,and is widely used in various fields of machining production.In the process of machining,the traditional number control rotary table surface and the gap of the transmission mechanism will gather a lot of iron filings.The accumulation of iron filings not only affects the rotary precision of the table,but also reduces the processing quality and production efficiency of the workpiece,and also has great safety risks.In order to solve the above problems,the paper uses the Theory of the Solution of Inventive Problems(TRIZ)theoretical problem identification tool to analyze the HG71-HLTK12 horizontal computer number control rotary table widely used in the industry,and finds that the rotary table lacks the chip removal device,lubrication mode needs to be improved and other problems,and then uses the TRIZ theoretical problem solving tool to carry out innovative design of the computer number control rotary table.The innovative design of computer number control rotary table with automatic cleaning and lubrication function,solve the traditional table due to mechanical structure,lubrication defects caused by a series of problems,improve the service life of rotary table and machining precision of mechanical parts.
