摘  要:随着风电行业的快速发展,风电叶片作为风力发电机组的核心部件,其材料选型对风电叶片的性能和寿命有着至关重要的影响。传统的叶片材料主要是玻璃纤维增强塑料和碳纤维增强塑料。虽然这些材料具有较好的性能,但是仍存在一些局限性。随着科技的不断进步,新型材料的应用逐渐成为风电行业发展的新趋势。其中,拉挤板材作为一种新型材料,由于具有优异的性能和经济效益,逐渐得到了广泛关注。基于此,介绍拉挤板材的基本情况,阐述拉挤板材的特性,分析拉挤板材在风电叶片上的应用情况,讨论其在风电叶片上的应用优势和制造过程。With the rapid development of the wind power industry,as the core component of wind turbines,the material selection of wind turbine blades has a crucial impact on the performance and lifespan of wind turbine blades.The traditional blade materials are mainly glass fiber reinforced plastic and carbon fiber reinforced plastic.Although these materials have good performance,they also have some limitations.With the continuous progress of technology,the application of new materials has gradually become a new trend in the development of the wind power industry.Among them,pultruded sheet metal,as a new type of material,has gradually gained widespread attention due to its excellent performance and economic benefits.This article will analyze the application of pultruded sheet metal on wind turbine blades,including an overview and characteristics of pultruded sheet metal,as well as its advantages and manufacturing process on wind turbine blades.
