摘　　要：讨论皮带在皮带机运行中的保护方法,从传感器监测、自动停机、跑偏探测、温度监控、张力控制以及清洁维护等方面出发,详细阐述每种方法的作用和实施方式。传感器监测可以实时监测皮带运行参数,提供角度分析。自动停机可以检测异常停止运行,保障设备和人员安全。跑偏探测可以检测皮带是否偏离正常轨道,及时采取措施。温度监控可通过监测皮带温度变化来预防过热和烧毁等问题。张力控制能保持适当的张力状态,提高运行效率。清洁维护可以定期清理和保养皮带,延长使用寿命。这些方法相互配合,可为皮带机提供全面的保护,确保设备安全运行,提高生产效率和可靠性。综合应用这些保护方法能够最大限度地降低事故的发生概率和造成的损失,为工业生产提供支持。This paper discusses the belt protection method in the operation of belt conveyor.From sensor monitoring,automatic shutdown,deviation detection,temperature monitoring,tension control,cleaning and maintenance,the function and implementation of each method are described in detail.Sensor monitoring can monitor the belt running parameters in real time and provide Angle analysis.Automatic shutdown can stop operation immediately after abnormal detection to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel.Deviation detection can detect whether the belt deviates from the normal track and take measures in time.Temperature monitoring can prevent overheating and burning by monitoring belt temperature changes.Tension control can maintain proper tension state and improve operation efficiency.Cleaning and maintenance can be regularly cleaned and maintained to extend the service life of the belt.These methods cooperate with each other to provide comprehensive protection for belt conveyor,ensure the safe operation of equipment,improve production efficiency and reliability.Combined application of these protection methods can minimize the risk of accidents and losses and provide stable support for industrial production.
