摘  要:停车制动机构是停车制动系统中的重要装置,提供必要的拉索行程,可避免司机操纵力过大而影响操作的舒适性。随着叉车性能的提升,叉车的最大爬坡度越来越大,机械制动中拉索行程设计与制动力要求之间的矛盾越来越突出。研究叉车制动行程与制动力的关系以及叉车制动过程特性,通过合理设计拉索运动路径的方法,做到变杠杆比,即制动过程中杠杆比由小变大,实现叉车制动过程中满足叉车制动需求的拉索行程,同时减小司机操纵力,大幅提升操作舒适性。The parking brake mechanism is an important device in the parking brake system,which provides the necessary cable travel to ensure that the driver’s handling force can not be too large and affect the operation comfort.With the improvement of forklift performance,the climbing gradient is increasing,and the contradiction between cable stroke design and manual braking force is becoming more and more serious.This paper studies the relationship between braking stroke and braking force of forklift truck and the characteristics of braking process of forklift truck,the cable travel can meet the braking requirements of the forklift truck during the braking process,at the same time,the driver’s handling force can be reduced,and the operating comfort can be greatly improved.
