摘 要:文章对某型铁路货车进行有限元分析,选出6条较危险的焊缝,并根据《货车设计制造规范》(AAR M-1001-2007),结合BS 7608标准预测该铁路货车焊接结构的疲劳寿命。结果表明,3种工况下的货车车体最大von Mises应力均未超出相应材料的许用应力,所选6条焊缝疲劳寿命均满足设计要求,为铁路货车的设计和维护提供了参考依据。In this paper,the finite element analysis of a certain type of railway freight car was carried out,and six dangerous welds were selected,and the fatigue life of a certain type of railway freight car welded structure was predicted according to“Code for Design and Manufacture of Freight Car”(AAR M-1001-2007)combined with BS 7608 standard.The results showed that the maximum von Mises stress of the freight car body did not exceed the allowable stress of the corresponding material under the three conditions,and the fatigue life of the selected six welds met the design requirements,which provided a reference for the design and maintenance of railway freight cars.
