摘　　要：针对目前爆炸喷涂设备控制系统存在的稳定性差、故障率高、防爆安全性差等问题,拟在前一次改造研究的基础上进一步对爆炸喷涂控制系统进行探索,通过对控制系统进行重新设计和改造,解决参数调节困难、点火系统故障频发、工艺流量无闭环控制、防爆安全性差和无数据采集处理的问题,实现喷涂过程控制、气路流量检测调节控制及喷涂参数监控等功能,达到爆炸喷涂自动循环控制的目的。In view of the problems existing in the current control system of explosive spraying equipment,such as poor stability,high failure rate and poor explosion-proof safety,this paper intends to further explore the explosive spraying control system on the basis of the previous transformation research,through the control system redesign and transformation.To solve the problems of difficult parameter adjustment,frequent ignition system failures,no closed-loop control of process flow,poor explosion-proof safety and no data collection and processing,realize the spraying process control,gas flow detection and regulation control and spraying parameters monitoring and other functions,to achieve the purpose of automatic cycle control of explosive spraying.
