摘 要:随着数控技术的迅速发展,数控磨床在工业生产中得到了广泛应用。数控龙门导轨磨床作为数控磨床的一种常见形式,具有高精度、高效率等优点,受到了工程领域的广泛关注。然而,现有的数控龙门导轨磨床存在磨削效率低、磨削质量不稳定等问题,需要进一步改进。因此,文章探索数控龙门导轨磨床的磨削自动化技术,旨在提高其磨削效率和磨削质量,以满足工程领域对高精度、高效率加工的需求。With the rapid development of computer numerical control technology,computer numerical control grinding machines have been widely used in industrial production.As a common form of computer numerical control grinding machines,computer numerical control gantry guide grinding machines have advantages such as high accuracy and efficiency,and have received widespread attention in the engineering field.However,the existing computer numerical control gantry guide rail grinding machines still have problems such as low grinding efficiency and unstable grinding quality,which require further research and improvement.This article explores the grinding automation technology of computer numerical control gantry guide rail grinding machines to improve their grinding efficiency and quality,in order to meet the demand for high-precision and high-efficiency machining in the engineering field.
