摘　　要：在烟草制造业,卷烟制丝工艺质量会直接影响最终的产品品质,因此工艺技艺的升级与改进十分重要。利用智能控制能够提升卷烟制丝现场的工艺质量。但是,当前从制丝现场工艺质量角度对智能控制开展的研究较少。因此,从卷烟制丝现场工艺质量智能控制的必要性入手,结合制丝现场工艺质量智能控制要点,对智能控制的设计与应用进行研究。In the tobacco manufacturing industry,the quality of cigarette making process directly affects the quality of the final product.Therefore,the upgrading and improvement of process technology is very important.The use of intelligent control can promote the improvement of the on-site process quality of cigarette making.However,currently,there is relatively insufficient research on intelligent control from the perspective of on-site process quality in silk production.This article starts with the necessity analysis of the intelligent control of the on-site process quality of cigarette making,and combines the key points of intelligent control of the on-site process quality of cigarette making to study the design and application of intelligent control.
