摘  要:针对风电机组实际存在的联轴器防护罩安装固定问题,利用有限元分析方法,重点对其底座进行设计验证,缩短了设计排产周期,提升了技术改造实施的时效性。实践应用结果证明,辅以计算机辅助设计的优化改进型联轴器防护罩完全匹配风电机组运行工况,运行效果良好,可有效防范风电机组火灾事故,避免设备损坏,确保风电机组运行的安全性、稳定性、可靠性,提高了检修人员的作业安全系数。In view of the installation and fixation of the coupling protective cover of the wind turbine,the finite element analysis method is used to focus on the design verification of its base,which shortens the design and production scheduling period and improves the timeliness of the implementation of technical transformation.The practical application results show that the optimized and improved coupling protective cover supplemented by computer aided design fully matches the operating conditions of the wind turbine,has a good operating effect,and effectively prevents the fire accidents of the wind turbine,avoid equipment damage,ensure the safety,stability and reliability of wind turbine operation,and improve the safety factor of operators.
