摘　　要：新材料、新技术、新工艺的应用推动了化工行业的快速发展,因此化工机械装备企业需要结合高质量发展主题,持续提升产品品质。以此为出发点,概述化工机械装备腐蚀成因与类型,剖析防腐设计在化工机械装备中的应用,并在此基础上,分别从腐蚀问题、防腐设计、性能试验、整机验证4个方面,对潜油电泵中的防腐设计应用情况进行具体讨论。The application of new materials,new technologies and new processes has promoted the rapid development of chemical industry.Chemical machinery and equipment enterprises need to combine the theme of high-quality development and continuously improve product quality.Based on this,this paper summarizes the corrosion causes and types of chemical machinery and equipment,and analyzes the application of anti-corrosion design in chemical machinery and equipment.And on this basis,respectively from the corrosion problem,anti-corrosion design,performance test,machine validation four aspects,the anti-corrosion design and application of submersible electric pump,are discussed in detail.
