摘 要:为解决锅炉疏水浪费的问题,对疏水管道进行节能改造,新增疏水回收旁路管道。通过压强损失计算证实,依靠管道高程差及凝汽器负压可实现流体沿管道顺利流通,无须新增泵输送流体。同时,为解决管道阀门的内漏问题,对调节阀进行结构优化,研发了一种可实现阀门零泄漏的新型抗冲刷调节阀,并应用于新增的疏水旁路管道,提高了调节阀的利用率。疏水管道节能改造和阀门结构优化,降低了机组煤耗,提升了机组设备的安全性和经济性,具有一定的工程参考价值。In order to solve the problem of boiler drain waste,the drain pipe is reformed to save energy,and the drain recovery bypass pipe is added.Through the calculation of pressure loss,it is proved that the fluid can flow smoothly along the pipeline by relying on the elevation difference of the pipeline and the negative pressure of the condenser,and there is no need to add a new pump to transport the fluid.At the same time,in order to solve the problem of internal leakage of pipeline valve,the structure of regulating valve is optimized,and a new anti-erosion regulating valve which can realize zero leakage of valve is developed.The energy saving reform of the drain pipe and the optimization of the valve structure reduce the coal consumption of the unit,improve the safety and economy of the unit equipment,and have certain engineering reference value.
