摘  要:钻柄连接套是数控深孔钻床主轴与刀具之间的关键连接件。深孔机床进行钻削加工时,刀具装在钻柄的前端,钻柄的后端采用圆锥柄插在主轴中心的圆锥孔里,传递主轴的切削扭矩及深孔加工所需的高压内冷冷却液,且定心精度高,稳定性好,在数控深孔钻床上应用广泛。钻柄连接套是影响深孔机床加工精度的主要因素之一。文章将主要介绍钻柄连接套的主要结构特征及其加工工艺的相关知识。The drill handle connecting sleeve is a key connecting component between the spindle and the tool of a computer number control deep hole drilling machine.When drilling on a deep hole machine,the tool is installed at the front end of the drill handle,and the back end of the drill handle is inserted into the conical hole in the center of the spindle using a conical handle.The structure is widely used in computer number control deep hole drilling machines for transmitting the cutting torque of the spindle and the high-pressure internal cooling coolant required for deep hole machining,with high centering accuracy and good stability.The connecting sleeve of the drill handle is not only one of the main factors affecting the machining accuracy of deep hole machine tools.The article will mainly introduce the main structural features of the drill handle connecting sleeve and relevant knowledge of its own processing technology.
