摘 要:我国各类发电厂容量不断增加,许多燃煤电厂的厂用煤煤种逐渐偏离设计煤种,煤质也相应变差,导致排烟温度比设计值高。低温省煤器可降低排烟温度,合理利用烟气余热,是提高发电厂经济效益的有效措施。基于此,详细分析当下应用广泛的低温省煤器的结构形式和布置方式,给出不同布置下的省煤器具有的不同特点和运行效率的对比,并探讨运行过程中低温省煤器磨损和低温腐蚀等问题。Various types of power plant capacity continues to increase in our country,many coal-fired power plant coal plant coal also deviate from the design of coal,coal quality is also the corresponding deterioration,resulting in smoke temperature is much higher than the design value.The low temperature economizer described in this paper is one of the effective measures to reduce the exhaust temperature,rational use of flue gas waste heat and improve the economic benefits of power plants.In this paper,the structure and arrangement of the low temperature economizer are analyzed in detail.And the different characteristics and operating efficiency of the economizer under different layout are given in this paper.Also the operation of the low temperature economizer And low temperature corrosion and other issues are be talked finally.
