摘　　要：在对可编程逻辑控制器(Programmable Logic Controller,PLC)概述的基础上,分析焦炉PLC的构成、推焦车和拦焦车控制系统的功能,将PLC应用于推焦车和拦焦车控制系统,有效提高其控制效果。结果证明,PLC具有操作便捷、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强等特征,能提高系统自动化水平和系统运行效率,推动焦炉车辆自动控制系统向智能化方向发展。Based on an overview of Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),the article analyzes the composition of the coke oven PLC,analyzes the functions of the pushing and blocking coke car control systems,and applies PLC to the pushing and blocking coke car control system,which can effectively improve its control effect.Through research results,it has been proven that PLC has the characteristics of convenient operation,high reliability,and strong anti-interference ability,which can enhance the level of system automation and operational efficiency,and promote the development of coke oven vehicle automatic control systems towards intelligence.
