摘 要:焊接生产中,除提供质量更高、性能更好的各种焊机与焊接材料,制定准确的焊接工艺外,还需要提供各种性能优异的焊接机械装备,以此来保证焊接结构的整体质量。为此,设计研发一种用于全位置焊接的焊接工装总成,从而提高焊接生产效率及质量,同时降低焊工的劳动强度。文章重点阐述了全位置焊接变位平台的工作原理及机构运动特点,分析了焊接变位平台的操作控制和运行情况。In the welding production,in addition to providing a variety of welding machines and welding materials with higher quality and better performance,and developing accurate welding techniques,it is also necessary to provide a variety of welding machinery and equipment with excellent performance to ensure the overall quality of the welding structure.To this end,a welding tool assembly for all-position welding is designed and developed,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of welding production and reduce the labor intensity of welders.In this paper,the working principle and mechanism movement characteristics of the all-position welding displacement platform are described,and the operation control and operation of the welding displacement platform are analyzed.
