摘  要:目前,传承千年的陶瓷注浆工艺以人工倾倒为主,不仅劳动强度大,而且难以保证质量。针对该问题,设计一款能自适应倾倒浆液的自动化装置。该装置主要有两大功能,一是夹抱陶瓷石膏模具,二是按工艺要求实现任意角度翻转倾倒浆液。首先,采用SolidWorks软件搭建三维模型。其次,利用ANSYS软件对关键承重部件和机架机构分别进行静态强度分析和模态分析。最后,通过模拟仿真与物理试验进行分析。结果表明,该装置结构设计合理,翻转和夹抱的过程平稳可靠,而且结构刚度和强度均满足生产要求,能够为传统产业的智能化升级改造提供借鉴。At present,the ceramic grouting process inherited for thousands of years is still dominated by manual dumping,which is not only labor-intensive,but also difficult to guarantee the quality.In order to solve this problem,an automatic device which can dump slurry adaptively is designed.The device has two main functions,one is to hold the ceramic plaster mold,the other is to realize the arbitrary angle to flip the slurry according to the technical requirements.Firstly,SolidWorks software is used to build a three-dimensional model.Secondly,ANSYS software is used to carry out static strength analysis and modal analysis of key load-bearing components and frame mechanism respectively.Finally,through the combination of simulation and physical experiment analysis.The results show that the structure design of the device is reasonable,the process of flipping and clamping is stable and reliable,and the stiffness and strength of the structure meet the production requirements,which can provide a reference for the intelligent upgrading of traditional industries.
