摘 要:桥式起重机是重要的物料搬运设备。在工作过程中,桥架频繁受到瞬态冲击载荷的作用。以20/5 t的双梁桥式起重机为研究对象,通过机械系统动力学自动分析(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems,ADAMS)提取小车启动运行阶段的动态轮压数据,并作为输入载荷施加在桥架上,以获取桥架结构的动态响应曲线、变化规律以及最危险位置桥架的应力和变形云图,从而为桥式起重机主梁结构的优化设计提供依据。Bridge crane is an important material handling equipment.In the working process,the bridge is frequently subjected to transient impact load.Taking the 20/5 t double-beam bridge crane as the research object,the dynamic wheel pressure data of the trolley at start-up and running stage was extracted by Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems(ADAMS).In order to obtain the dynamic response curve and change rule of the bridge structure,as well as the stress and deformation nephogram of the bridge in the most dangerous position,it provides the basis for the optimization design of the main beam structure of the bridge crane.
