摘 要:随着数控加工技术的不断发展进步,数控铣床加工工艺不断调整,多面零件的加工量逐渐增加。对于多面零件数控加工而言,加工工艺的要求更严格,需要做好加工精度的控制。数控加工完成后,应及时剔除不合格的零件,以保证相关检测工作的有效实施。只有加强对数控加工过程的优化管理,才能有效提升零件加工的精度和质量。要想确保多面零件的加工质量,需要合理应用数控加工技术。With the continuous development of numerical control machining technology,numerical control milling machine processing technology is also constantly adjusted,the processing amount of multi-sided parts gradually increased.For numerical control machining of multi-sided parts,the requirement of machining technology is more strict,and it is necessary to control the machining precision.After numerical control machining is completed,unqualified parts should be removed in time to ensure the effective implementation of relevant detection work.Only strengthen the optimization management of numerical control machining process,can effectively improve the precision and quality of parts processing,and to ensure the quality of multi-sided parts processing,but also need reasonable application of numerical control machining technology.
