摘　　要：探讨冻干机输送线的设计要点,以及如何通过技术手段提高冻干机输送线的效率和质量。首先,通过文献调查和设计经验总结,深入了解冻干机输送线的工作流程、设计要点和存在的问题。其次,通过设计软件进行模拟和试验验证进行结构优化与参数调整,进一步提高冻干机输送线的性能。最后,通过设计验证获得相关的数据结果。总结设计过程可知,冻干机输送线的设计要点包括输送带选型、传动形式、支撑结构以及控制形式系统等多个方面。This paper discusses the design points of the conveying line of the freeze-drying machine,and how to improve the efficiency and quality of the conveying line of the freeze-drying machine by technical means.First of all,through literature investigation and design experience summary,in-depth understanding of the freeze-drying conveyor line workflow,design points and problems.Secondly,through the simulation and experimental verification of the design software for structural optimization and parameter adjustment to further improve the performance of the lyophilized conveyor line.Finally,relevant data results are obtained by design verification.Summary of the design process can be known that the lyophilizer conveyor line design points include conveyor belt selection,transmission form,support structure and control form system and many other aspects.
