摘　　要：整定压力是安全阀最主要的技术性能指标之一。它的设定是否合理将直接影响锅炉、压力容器运行的安全性和经济性。文章结合实际工作,对相关规程在锅炉和压力容器安全阀整定压力规定中存在的一些问题进行分析,阐述了实际使用中压力容器上安全阀常见的整定压力设定问题,分析问题所导致的后果,并提出一些建议。Setting pressure is one of the most important technical performance indexes of safety valve.Whether its setting is reasonable will directly affect the safety and economy of boiler and pressure vessel operation.Combined with the actual work,this paper analyzes some problems existing in the regulation of setting pressure of boiler and pressure vessel safety valve by relevant regulations,expounds the common setting pressure of setting pressure of pressure vessel safety valve in practical use,analyzes the consequences caused by the problems,and puts forward some suggestions.
