摘　　要：作为建筑设备行业发展的方向之一,基于现代高新技术的智能建筑可以有效提高建筑使用的安全性、高效性和节能性。将自动化技术应用于建筑设备,有助于提高电气工程的安全性和可靠性,对我国建筑行业的自动化发展具有推动作用。As one of the development directions of construction equipment industry,intelligent buildings based on modern high technology can effectively improve the safety,efficiency and energy saving of building use.Applying automation technology to building equipment will help improve the safety and reliability of electrical engineering,and will promote the development of automation in our building industry.
