摘  要:本文简述了铝电解烟气石灰石-石膏法脱硫工艺及其技术特点。结合某脱硫改造工程实例,对脱硫系统的投资费用和特定入口SO_(2)浓度和排放浓度工况下的脱硫系统运行成本进行估算和分析,指出节电是降低脱硫系统运行成本的关键。本工程具有良好的环境效益和社会效益,是企业深入贯彻落实新发展理念的具体举措。This article briefly describes the limestone gypsum desulfurization process and its technical characteristics for aluminum electrolysis flue gas.Based on an example of a desulfurization renovation project,the investment cost of the desulfurization system and the operating cost of the desulfurization system under specific inlet SO_(2) concentration and emission concentration conditions are estimated and analyzed.It is pointed out that energy-saving is the key to reducing the operating cost of the desulfurization system.This project has good environmental and social benefits,and is a specific measure for the enterprise to deeply implement the new development concept.
