摘  要:采用氢氟酸-硫酸混酸法分解钽铌矿需将钽铌矿通过研磨设备进行研磨得到符合生产工艺要求粒度的矿粉。而研磨设备经过不断地更新换代,从原本的振动球磨机、雷蒙磨机发展到现在采用的辊磨机。本文介绍辊磨机相较旧代研磨设备的优势及作为新一代钽铌矿研磨设备实现从原矿到钽铌矿分解工序实现自动化控制,以提高分解效率,节省酸的用量,达到降本增效及减少企业安全用工风险的目的。Tantalum niobium ore is decomposed by hydrofluoric acid and sulfuric acid mixed acid method.Tantalum niobium ore needs to be ground by grinding equipment to obtain ore powder with granularity meeting the requirements of production technology.The grinding equipment has been constantly updated,from the original vibration ball mill,Raymond mill to the roller mill now used.This paper introduces the advantages of roller mill compared with the old grinding equipment and as a new generation of tantalum niobium grinding equipment to realize automatic control of the decomposition process from raw ore to tantalum niobium ore,in order to improve the decomposition efficiency,save the amount of acid,achieve the purpose of reducing cost and efficiency and reduce the safety risk of enterprises.
