摘 要:采用全自动测汞仪测定地球化学样品中汞的含量。地球化学样品中汞的测定通常采用王水溶样原子荧光光谱仪测定,本实验建立了直接称取样品,应用全自动测汞仪快速测定汞的含量,研究了全自动测汞仪测定样品的条件,并对仪器分析参数进行了优化,确定了最佳的实验条件,并作了方法比对。本方法对汞元素的检出限为0.5ng/g,方法的精密度为5.69%~13.94%,方法准确度为-7.32%~25.00%,与原子荧光光谱仪方法比对相对误差为-5.45%~2.38%。该分析方法操作简便,不需要用酸碱处理,可以快速检测汞的含量,检测时间短,检测范围广,适合于地球化学样品的快速测定。The Mercury content in geochemistry samples was determined by an automatic mercury meter.Mercury in geochemistry samples is usually determined by aqua regia-soluble atomic fluorescence spectrometry.In this experiment,a direct weighing sample was established and the mercury content was determined quickly by an automatic mercury analyzer,the conditions of determination of samples by automatic mercury analyzer were studied,and the parameters of the instrument were optimized,the optimum experimental conditions were determined,and the methods were compared.The detection limit of mercury is 0.5 ng/g.the precision of the method is 5.69%~13.94%.The accuracy of the method is-7.32%~25.00%.The relative error between the method and AFS is-5.45%~2.38%.The method is simple and easy to operate,and does not need acid-base treatment.It can be used for rapid determination of mercury in geochemistry samples with short detection time and wide detection range.
