摘  要:VCR法拉槽破顶时返冲矸石量过大以及对边帮破坏严重,一直是矿山作业中非常头疼的事情,这一问题长期得不到解决不仅影响爆破效果,更会对后续各类作业带来很大的安全隐患和风险。通过优化爆破工艺,我们克服了已有技术中的不足之处,探索出了新的VCR法拉槽破顶爆破工艺,解决了这个难题,提高了爆破效果,改善了出矿条件,规避了各类安全隐患和风险。通过一段时间的应用后效果很好,为同行业和同类矿山提供了很好的参考和借鉴。When the VCR Farah trough roof is broken,the amount of back flushing gangue is too large and the side slope is seriously damaged,which has always been a headache in mine operation,If this problem is not solved for a long time,it will not only affect the blasting effect,but also bring great potential safety hazards and risks to subsequent operations.By optimizing the blasting technology,we have overcome the shortcomings of the existing technology and explored a new VCR farad groove top breaking blasting technology,This problem has been solved,the blasting effect has been improved,the ore drawing conditions have been improved,and various potential safety hazards and risks have been avoided.After a period of application,the effect is very good,which provides a good reference for the same industry and similar mines.
