摘 要:对于急倾斜薄矿体,由于是在有限的作业空间内回收矿石,贫化损失率难以控制,难以实现机械化和连续性开采,采矿效率低下,属于典型的难开采矿体。为确定合理、经济的采矿方法,以某铅锌矿为研究背景,结合矿脉赋存条件和开采实际,提出将无底柱中深孔分段空场法、削壁充填采矿法和静态留矿法作为三种备选采矿方案,通过对三种方案优缺点和主要经济技术指标进行分析比较,最后确定削壁充填法为最优开采方案,根据优选结果,进行了现场工业试验设计,可以为类似矿山采矿方法设计提供思路。For the steeply inclined thin ore body,because the ore is recovered in a limited working space,the dilution loss rate is difficult to control,it is difficult to achieve mechanized and continuous mining,and the mining efficiency is low,which is a typical difficult mining orebody.In order to determine a reasonable and economical mining method,taking a leadzinc mine as the research background,combined with the occurrence conditions of the ore vein and the mining practice,three alternative mining schemes are proposed,namely,the sublevel open stoping method,the wall-cutting and filling mining method and the static shrinkage mining method.Through the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes and the main economic and technical indicators,the wall-cutting and filling method is finally determined as the optimal mining scheme.According to the optimization results,The field industrial test design has been carried out,which can provide ideas for the design of similar mining methods.
