摘 要:粗银精炼过程中产生的氯化银,其中含有较多的杂质。这些杂质干扰了氯化银中银含量的测定,导致测试结果准确度低,离散性大。研究建立了一种复杂基体氯化银中银含量的测试方法,通过去除干扰杂质、水合肼还原、KSCN滴定的方式,可快速、准确地测定复杂基体氯化银中银的含量。实验确定了水合肼(1+1)用量为15mL,加热温度为50℃,加热时间为30min。本方法加标回收率99.65%~100.23%,重复性标准偏差(RSD)0.08%~0.24%,方法准确度和精密度良好。Silver chloride produced during the refining of crude silver and containing more impurities.These impurities interfere with the determination of silver content in silver chloride,resulting in low accuracy and high dispersion of test results.A method for the determination of silver in silver chloride in complex matrix was developed.By removing interference impurities,reducing hydrazine hydrate and titration by KSCN,the content of silver in silver chloride in complex matrix was determined rapidly and accurately.The amount of hydrazine hydrate(1+1)was determined to be 15mL,the heating temperature was 50℃,and the heating time was 30min.The recoveries were 99.65%~100.23%,and the reproducibility standard deviations(RSDS)were 0.08%~0.24%.The method had good accuracy and precision.
