摘 要:随着国内经济的迅速发展,对低品位矿石的需求量不断增加,导致了低品位矿石的供求矛盾日益突出。国内的低品位矿物资源中,有大量的贫矿和少量的富矿。同时,由于工艺设备的制约,导致了大量的低品位矿石资源被淘汰。这些废料中包含着大量的低品位矿物。近几年,我国内品位较高、易选的低品位矿石数量不断下降,且品位较低的矿石资源具有以上特征,对中低品位的矿物进行开发利用显得十分必要。但常规的选矿、熔炼工艺难以对低品位矿石的经济回收。因此,化学选矿技术具有良好的应用前景。With the rapid development of the domestic economy,the demand for low-grade ore continues to increase,leading to an increasingly prominent contradiction between supply and demand for low-grade ore.There are a large amount of lean ore and a small amount of rich ore in the low-grade mineral resources in China.At the same time,due to the constraints of process equipment,a large number of low-grade ore resources have been eliminated.These waste materials contain a large amount of low-grade minerals.In recent years,the number of high-grade and easily selected low-grade ores in China has been continuously decreasing,and the resources of low-grade ores have the above characteristics.Therefore,it is necessary to develop and utilize medium to low-grade minerals.However,conventional beneficiation and smelting processes are difficult to economically recover low-grade ores.Therefore,chemical beneficiation technology has good application prospects.
