摘　　要：目的 了解深圳市龙岗镇农村中学生吸烟现状,探讨其吸烟原因并提出干预措施。方法 采用随机整群抽样法,对深圳市龙岗镇2所农村中学的1169名在校学生进行问卷调查。结果 中学生吸烟率为10.2％,其中男生为16.1％,女生为4.0％;尝试吸烟率为39.9％,初次吸烟年龄平均10.5岁;初中生和高中生均随年龄升高而吸烟率有明显上升;中学生尝试吸烟的主要原因为好奇,继续吸烟的主要原因为交际需要、情绪低落。结论 农村中学生的控烟工作任重道远,社会、家庭和学校需共同合作,采取综合干预措施,以减少吸烟对青少年健康的危害。[ Objective ] To learn the status and reasons of smoking among middle school students in Long Gang, and to work out countermeasures. [Methods] 1169 students in 2 middle schools in rural areas were randomly sampled and investigated by questionnaires. [Results] Smoking rate of middle school students was 10.2% (16.1% for males and 4.0% for females) . 39.9% of them had attempted to smoke. The average age of first smoking was 10.5 years old. The smoking rate rises with the age. Curiosity was the main reason for the first smoking. The students went on smoking mainly because of social communication and bad mood. [Conclusion] Society, family and schools should join great efforts to reduce the damage of smoking on adolescents.
