摘  要:设计了一种拨动式压电旋转发电机,旋转的压电振子在万向球的拨动作用下产生形变,进而实现发电功能。首先对压电旋转发电机的结构与工作机理进行了说明,对系统进行了理论仿真分析,得出了发电机在不同的激励力、不同数量的压电振子和万向球时与输出电压的关系。最后进行了实验测试,实验结果表明,当压电振子质心旋转半径为45 mm时,自由端位移为6 mm,压电振子个数为8、万向球个数为4时,压电发电机最佳瞬态电压为99.6 V,输出功率为40.36 mW。该微型发电机可为微电子和低功率设备提供电能。A toggle piezoelectric rotating generator is designed,in which the rotating piezoelectric oscillator is deformed by the toggle action of the gimbal to generate power.Firstly,the structure and working mechanism of the piezoelectric rotating generator are explained,and the theoretical simulation analysis of the system is carried out to derive the relation between the generator and the output voltage at different excitation forces,different numbers of piezoelectric oscillators and gimbal.Finally,experimental tests are carried out,and the experimental results show that the optimal transient voltage of the piezoelectric generator is 99.6 V and the output power is 40.36 mW when the piezoelectric oscillator center of mass rotation radius is 45 mm,the free end displacement is 6 mm,the number of piezoelectric oscillators is 8 and the number of gimbal is 4.The micro generator can provide electrical power for microelectronics and low power devices.
