摘 要:行星齿轮箱故障频发,故障频率多调制、特征微弱,尤其是其中的行星轮故障信号,传统的时频分析有各种缺陷,分析效果欠佳。提出了一种基于Alpert多小波变换的行星齿轮故障特征提取方法。先基于Alpert多小波对行星齿轮箱行星轮故障信号进行分解,然后用包络解调提取出相应的故障特征。行星轮故障试验结果表明,Alpert多小波变换能够增强行星轮故障信号的周期冲击特征,有效地提取出其故障特征频率,诊断出其断齿故障,为行星齿轮箱故障诊断提供了一种新的途径。Planetary gearbox is prone to failure,its fault frequency is multi-modulated and the fault signal is weak.The traditional time-frequency analysis has a variety of deficiencies,and its analysis performance is poor.This paper proposes a fault characteristic extraction method based on the Alpert multi-wavelet transform.Planetary gear fault signal from the planetary gearbox is decomposed with Alpert multi-wavelet,and then the corresponding fault characteristics are extracted by envelope demodulation.The experiment results of planetary gear fault diagnosis show that the Alpert multi-wavelet transform can enhance the periodic impact characteristic of the faulty planetary gear signal,effectively extract its feature frequency,and diagnose the broken tooth fault of the planetary gear.The proposed method provides a new measure for planetary gearbox fault diagnosis.
