摘 要:跟踪架是影响光测设备性能的关键部件,轴承又是跟踪架的关键零件,轴承刚度直接影响光测设备的动力学特性。以400 mm口径光测设备跟踪架为研究对象,基于光测设备跟踪架的模态试验结果,采用弹性薄层单元等效轴承刚度,利用Monte Carlo法对弹性薄层单元进行参数修正,建立了准确的有限元模型,有限元分析结果表明:光测设备跟踪架有限元分析结果与试验结果最大误差为8.5%;通过对等效轴承刚度的弹性薄层单元刚度进行参数化分析,研究了轴承刚度对光测设备跟踪架结构谐振频率的影响,为后续工程应用提供了依据。The tracking frame is a key component affecting the performance of optical measuring equipment,and the bearing is a key component of the tracking frame.Bearing stiffness directly affects the dynamic characteristics of optical measuring equipment.In this paper,the tracking frame of a 400 mm aperture optical measuring equipment is taken as the research object.Based on the modal test results of the tracking frame,the elastic thin-layer element equivalent bearing stiffness is adopted,and the Monte Carlo method is used to modify the parameters of the elastic thin layer element to establish an accurate finite element model.The maximum error between the finite element analysis result and the test result is 8.5%.Through parametric analysis of the elastic thin-layer element stiffness,the influence of bearing stiffness on the resonant frequency of the optical tracking frame structure is studied,which provides a basis for subsequent engineering application.
