摘　　要：棘球蚴病是由棘球绦虫引起的严重人兽共患寄生虫病,其中细粒棘球绦虫和多房棘球绦虫的感染率较高,犬科动物做为其主要终末宿主引起广泛关注。本文综述近年来国内外有关细粒棘球绦虫和多房棘球绦虫终末宿主感染情况研究进展,以期为棘球蚴病防治提供参考。Echinococcosis is a serious zoonotic parasitic disease caused by Echinococcus spp.The infection rates of E.granulosus and E.multilocularis at a high level,and the canine animals as the main terminal host of Echinococcosis have attracted extensive attention.In this paper,we review the research progress of E.granulosus and E.multilocularis terminal host infection in recent years in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of echinococcosis.
