切顶卸压在小煤柱巷道中的应用研究

摘  要:基于小煤柱巷道受侧向支承压力和超前支承压力双重影响后易发生严重变形的问题,以15107工作面为背景,通过分析沿空巷道侧向顶板结构特征,提出采用密集钻孔卸压的方式进行治理。结果表明,切顶后侧向压力峰值向深部转移且减弱了超前压力的影响;15107回风顺槽两帮移近量263 mm,顶底板移近量264 mm,实现了工作面安全回采。Based on the problem that small pillar roadways are prone to serious deformation due to the double influence of side abutment pressure and advance abutment pressure,taking the 15107 working face as the background,by analyzing the structural characteristics of the lateral roof of gob side roadways,it is proposed to adopt the method of dense drilling to relieve pressure.The results show that the peak value of forward pressure after top cutting transfers to the depth and the influence of forward pressure is weakened;15107 return air roadway two-sided approaching are moved closer by 263 mm,and the roof and floor are moved closer by 264 mm,realizing the safe mining of the working face.
