摘　　要：目的本研究旨在获取高质量的冬虫夏草菌基因组,为研究冬虫夏草菌生物学及与宿主互作等提供重要支撑。方法利用PacBio SequelⅡ平台的HiFi测序技术对冬虫夏草菌基因组进行测序,完成组装及注释。结果本研究获得的冬虫夏草菌基因组质量目前处于最优水平,基因组完整度为97.7%、准确度高于99.9%,基因组大小为111.24 Mb,重复序列含量达到了81.3%,其中长末端重复序列反转录转座子占基因组总长度的62.2%,同时,根据其他生物中的研究对冬虫夏草菌反转录转座子长末端重复序列的潜在功能进行了讨论。结论本研究获得了高质量的冬虫夏草菌基因组,为研究冬虫夏草菌生物学及与宿主互作奠定了基础。OBJECTIVE To obtain high-quality Ophiocordyceps sinensis(O.sinensis)genome,and provide essential support for comprehensive understanding of O.sinensis and its interaction with host insects.METHODS The genomic DNA of O.sinensis was sequenced by HiFi sequencing technology on PacBio SequelⅡplatform,and then assembled and annotated.RESULTS The high quality of O.sinensis genome was assembled that the genome integrity was 97.7%,the accuracy was higher than 99.9%,the genome size was 111.24 Mb and the content of repeat sequences was 81.3%.The long terminal repeat retrotransposon(LTR)was the majority of the repeat sequences and accounts for 62.2%of the total genome.The LTR function in O.sinensis was discussed by referring its function in other organisms.CONCLUSION High-quality O.sinensis genome is obtained,which lays a foundation for studying O.sinensis and its interaction with its host.
