冬虫夏草含片质量评价研究

摘　　要：目的对冬虫夏草含片进行质量评价研究。方法采用直观法测定感官、HPLC法和PCR法鉴别真伪;HPLC法测定腺苷含量;硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量。结果3批冬虫夏草含片感官符合产品特征,无杂质;HPLC特征图谱中呈现与冬虫夏草一致的6个特征峰;PCR鉴别中冬虫夏草含片均在220 bp和146 bp左右位置出现了与冬虫夏草一致的目标条带;腺苷含量分别为0.098%、0.097%及0.097%;多糖含量分别为10.24%、10.54%及10.53%。结论感官、特征图谱、腺苷含量均符合T/SZZX 008-2021《冬虫夏草含片》中的要求,特征图谱和PCR鉴别证实冬虫夏草含片中的原料为正品冬虫夏草,腺苷与多糖含量高于冬虫夏草原料,该结果为冬虫夏草含片质量评价提供了科学依据。OBJECTIVE To conduct the quality evaluation study on Cordyceps sinensis tablets.METHODS To identify the authenticity of Cordyceps sinensis tablets by the sensory properties,PCR method and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method.The content adenosine of Cordyceps sinensis tablets was determined by HPLC.The content polysaccharide of Cordyceps sinensis tablets was determined by sulfuric acid-phenol method.RESULTS 3 batches of Cordyceps sinensis tablets in the sensory propertiesconformed to the product characteristics without impurities.There were 6 characteristic peaks of Cordyceps sinensis tablets consistent with Cordyceps sinensis in the HPLC characteristic chromatogram.In PCR identification,the target bands of Cordyceps sinensis tablets were the same as those of Cordyceps sinensis at about 220 bp and 146 bp.The content adenosine of Cordyceps sinensis tablets were 0.098%,0.097%and 0.097%respectively.The content polysaccharide of Cordyceps sinensis tablets were 10.24%,10.54%and 10.53%respectively.CONCLUSION Sensory properties,characteristic chromatograms,adenosine content meet the requirements of T/SZZX 008-2021“Cordyceps sinensis tablets”.The characteristic chromatograms and PCR identification confirm that the raw material of Cordyceps sinensis tablets is authentic Cordyceps sinensis.The content of adenosine and polysaccharide of Cordyceps sinensis tablets are higher than the raw material of Cordyceps sinensis.The results provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of Cordyceps sinensis tablets.
