摘　　要：总结57例严重发热伴血小板减少综合征患者的护理经验。针对新型布尼亚病毒的传播风险、导致多脏器功能损伤、患者及家属对疾病的不确定感等问题,采取严格落实消毒隔离措施,预防疾病传播;严密监测病情及检验结果,早期正确识别重症患者预警指标;积极预防并发症;运用强化心理护理,予患者及家属心理支持。经严密监护和精准化管理,患者入院后1~30d出院,出院随访恢复良好。To summarize the nursing experience of 57 patients with severe fever and thromboeytopenia syndrome.In view of the transmission risk of novel Bunia vinus,multiple organ function damage。and the uncertainty of patients and their families about the disease,strict disinfection and isolation measures were laken to prevent the spread of the disease;and we closely monitored the condition and test results to early and correctly identify early warming indicators for critically ill patients.We actively prevented complications and strengthened psychological nursing to give psychological support to patients and their fa milies.After close monitoring and precise management,the patients were discharged from hospital from 1 to 30 days after admission。and the patients recovered well during the fllowup.
