经典名方与中成药治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症的临床表现在中医理论中属于“痛经”“不孕症”“癥瘕”和“月经不调”等病证范畴。经典名方与中成药具有疗效确切、不良反应少等优点,已经被应用于该病的临床治疗中。通过梳理近10年来发表的文献,总结了常用的经典名方(温经止痛方、少腹逐瘀汤、温经汤、琥珀散)和临床使用频次较高的中成药(散结镇痛胶囊、丹莪妇康煎膏、宫瘤消胶囊、桂枝茯苓丸、小金胶囊)在治疗子宫内膜异位症方面的特点与疗效,为进一步探索中医药治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机制提供参考。The clinical manifestations of endometriosis are belong to the "dysmenorrhea" "infertility" "fistula" and "irregular menstruation" of traditional Chinese medicine.Classical famous prescription and Chinese patent medicine have the definite curative effect and few adverse reactions,and have been widely used in the clinical treatment of endometriosis.The characteristics and efficacy of commonly used classical famous prescription(such as Wenjing Zhitong Recipe,Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,Wenjing Decoction,Hupo Powder),and Chinese patent medicine with high clinical use(such as Sanjie Zhentong Capsules,Dan′e Fukang Plaster,Gongliuxiao Capsules,Guizhi Fuling Capsules,Xiaojin Capsules) were summarized,in the treatment of endometriosis by summarizing the literature in past ten years,in order to providing a reference for further exploration of the mechanism of Chinese medicine in the treatment of endometriosis.
