摘　　要：农业农村现代化是全面建设社会主义现代化国家、促进共同富裕的重要内容和底线任务,是实现中国式现代化的重要组成部分。中国农业农民职业化发展是实现农业农村现代化的重要前提。在党的二十大报告有关现代化论述的基础上,对农业农民职业化内涵开展更为深入的讨论,并剖析农业农民职业化发展现实境况,进而提出农业农民职业化等理念,以及在此背景下农业农民职业化的相关促进路径措施,即探索农民退出的多样化发展选项,细化实际农业经营人员和普通农村居民,把普通的非经营性家庭承包成员逐步转化成利益持有人,促进小农户与现代农业的有机衔接,强化对新型农业经营人员的准入管理,借鉴国际经验,强化新型职业农民培养与教育等路径,不断提升中国农业开放水平,助推农业农村现代化发展。The modernization of agriculture and rural areas is an important aspect and fundamental task of building a modern socialist country in all respects and promoting common prosperity.It is also a crucial component of Chinese-style modernization.The farmer professionalization in China is a key prerequisite for achieving agricultural and rural modernization.Building upon the discourse on modernization in the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this research delves deeper into the connotation of farmer professionalization and analyzes the current situation of its development.It further proposes the concept of farmer professionalization and explores the corresponding measures and pathways to promote it.The research suggests exploring diverse development options for farmers'transition,refining the distinction between actual agricultural operators and ordinary rural residents,gradually transforming non-operational family contractors into stakeholders,promoting the organic connection between small farmers and modern agriculture,strengthening the entry management of new types of agricultural operators,drawing on international experiences,and enhancing the training and education of new professional farmers.The research also shows that it is necessary to continuously improve the level of agricultural openness,which contributes to the agricultural and rural modernization in China.
