摘  要:本文阐述了阻燃纤维的分类、阻燃原理和阻燃防护服标准。分析了安全防护类纺织品中常用的高性能阻燃纤维,如阻燃粘胶、腈氯纶、芳纶、聚四氟乙烯、聚苯硫醚纤维的热学性能、阻燃机理、市场现状及在安全防护领域应用中存在的问题,并提出发展方向。认为:我国高性能阻燃纤维仍需加大研发投入,优化生产工艺,降低成本,提高产品质量;开发复合型高性能阻燃纤维,增加产品附加值;开发高效、无毒、无烟的绿色环保高性能阻燃纤维是未来的发展趋势。This article elaborates on the classification and function principles of flame-retardant fibers and the standards for flame-retardant protective clothing,with a particular focus on the high-performance and flame-retardant fibers widely used in safety protection textiles,such as flame retardant viscose,nitrile chloride fiber,aramid fiber,polytetrafluoroethylene,and polyphenylene sulfide fiber.It analyzes their thermal properties,flame retardancy mechanism,market performance,and the problems in development and application.It is believed that China still needs to increase research and development investment,optimize production processes,reduce costs,and improve product quality for high-performance and flame-retardant fibers;we need to develop composite high-performance and flame-retardant fibers to increase product added value;we need to develop efficient,non-toxic,smoke-free,environmentally friendly,high-performance and flame-retardant fibers,which represents the future trends.
