肺部超声对急性心力衰竭患者6个月内再住院的分析

摘　　要：目的 本研究的目的是评估出院时肺部超声B线对6个月内心力衰竭再住院的预测价值。方法 该研究纳入2020年8月至2021年12月我院收治的因急性心力衰竭住院的患者65例。出院前24小时内评估肺部超声B线,出院后随访6个月。采用Kaplan-Meier分析、Cox回归评估B线预测心力衰竭的再住院。结果 出院时平均B线为7.172±0.789,B线≥13的患者6个月内心力衰竭再住院显著高于B线<13的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在Cox回归分析中,出院前B线≥13是6个月内心力衰竭再住院发生的独立预测因子(风险比=1.947,95%置信区间=1.141~3.322,P=0.015)。结论 出院前肺部超声B线可预测6个月内心力衰竭的再住院。Objectives The aim of this study was to analyze the lung ultrasound B-line at discharge in predicting rehospitalization in heart failure patients within six months.Methods The study included 65 patients with acute heart failure admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to December 2021.Lung ultrasound B-line was evaluated within 24 hours before discharge and followed up for six months after discharge.Kaplan-Meier analysis and the Cox regression were used to evaluate B-line prediction of heart failure rehospitalization.Results The average B-line at discharge was 7.172±0.789.The rehospitalization rate of heart failure in patients with B-line ≥13 was significantly higher than those with B-lines13 with in six months(P<0.05).In the Cox regression analysis,B-lines ≥ 13 before discharge was an independent predictor of heart failure rehospitalization within six months(hazard ratio =1.947,95%confidence interval=1.141-3.322,P=0.015).Conclusions Lung ultrasound B-line before discharge can predict rehospitalization of heart failure patients within six months.
