定坤丹联合克龄蒙治疗围绝经期综合征对性激素和血脂代谢指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究定坤丹联合克龄蒙治疗围绝经期综合征患者对性激素和血脂代谢指标的影响。方法:选择2022年1月至2023年1月在抚州市妇幼保健所就诊的围绝经期综合征患者68例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(34例)、对照组(34例)。对照组采用克龄蒙治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用定坤丹治疗,两组连续观察3个月。对比两组症状改善情况、睡眠质量、性激素、血脂代谢指标及不良反应。结果:治疗后,研究组女性绝经期自测量表(Kupperman改良评分)低于对照组,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,雌二醇(E_(2))高于对照组,卵泡刺激素(FSH)低于对照组,甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)高于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组不良反应相当,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:在围绝经期综合征中应用定坤丹联合克龄蒙治疗能够缓解患者临床症状,提高睡眠质量,调节性激素与血脂代谢指标,且不良反应较少。Objective:To investigate the effects of Dingkundan combined with Clenbuterol on sexual hormones and lipid metabolism indicators in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Method:68 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who visited the Maternal and Child Health Center in Fuzhou City from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected.Divided into a study group(34 cases)and a control group(34 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with clenbuterol,while the research group was treated with Dingkundan in addition to the control group.The two groups were observed continuously for 3 months.Compare the improvement of symptoms,sleep quality,sex hormones,lipid metabolism indicators,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the study group women’s menopause self-rated scale(Kupperman modified score)was lower than the control group,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was lower than the control group,estradiol(E_(2))was higher than the control group,follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)was lower than the control group,triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein(LDL)was lower than the control group,and high-density lipoprotein(HDL)was higher than the control group,There is a statistical difference(P<0.05);The adverse reactions between the two groups were comparable and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Dingkundan combined with Klingmeng in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve sleep quality,regulate sexual hormones and lipid metabolism indicators,and have fewer adverse reactions.
