摘　　要：我国老龄化趋势发展极快,老年人骨折发病率日益上升,接受手术治疗的老年人越来越多,其中选择人工全髋关节置换术、人工全膝关节置换术和髋部周围骨折手术等骨科大手术也在不断增加。术后如何通过早期功能锻炼、降低深静脉血栓发生率是临床医护人员亟待解决的问题。本文就血栓发生的原因、相关因素、老年骨科大手术后早期功能锻炼预防血栓进展进行综述,以期为临床医护工作者选择诊疗方案提供参考。The trendofaging in our country is developing rapidly,and the incidence of fracture in the elderly is increasing.More and more elderly people are receiving surgical treatment.Among them,major orthopedic surgeriessuch as total hip arthroplasty,total knee arthroplasty,and hip fracture surgery are also increasing.How to reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis through early functional exercise after surgery is an urgent problem for clinical medical staff.This paper reviews the causes and related factors of thrombosis,and the progress of early functional exercise to prevent thrombosis after major orthopedic surgery in the elderly,in order to provide reference for clinical workers to choose diagnosis and treatment programs.
