摘　　要：心脏结节病作为结节病心脏受累的一种表现,可累及心脏任何部位。通常病情进展较隐匿,临床诊断较困难,是影响患者预后的重要标志。近年来随着先进影像学技术的发展,国际心脏结节病的早期诊断率不断提升,但国内认识仍不够全面。现就其病因及流行病学、临床表现、诊断及治疗等多方面展开阐述,以期提高临床诊治水平。Cardiac sarcoidosis is a manifestation of cardiac involvement in sarcoidosis,which can affect any part of the heart.Usually,the progression of the disease is relatively concealed,and the clinical diagnosis is difficult,which is an important sign affecting the prognosis of patients.In recent years,with the development of advanced imaging technology,the early diagnosis rate of cardiac sarcoidosis in the world has been increasing,but the domestic understanding is still not comprehensive.This paper reviews the etiology,epidemiology,clinical manifestation,diagnosis and treatment of the disease,in order to improve the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment.
