玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合等速肌力训练治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合等速肌力训练治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察。方法选取2021年5月-2022年12月收治的80例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组接受玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,观察组接受玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合等速肌力训练,比较两组患者治疗疗效、膝关节功能、疼痛评分等。结果比较观察组与对照组的治疗疗效(95.00%vs75.00%),观察组更高(P<0.05);比较两组的Lysholm评分、VAS评分,治疗前组间差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后观察组的Lysholm评分更高,VAS评分更低(P<0.05);比较两组的关节屈肌和伸肌PT/BW、PT,治疗前组间差异不显著(P>0.05),治疗后观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗膝骨关节炎可采用玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射联合等速肌力训练,能更好地改善膝骨关节炎疼痛症状,促进膝关节功能恢复。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of sodium hyaluronate intraarticular injection combined with isokinetic muscle strength training in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 patients each.The control group received intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,while the observation group received intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with isokinetic muscle strength training.The therapeutic efficacy,knee function,and pain scores of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the therapeutic effect(95.00%vs 75.00%),the observation group had a higher therapeutic effect(P<0.05);compared with Lysholm score and VAS score,before treatment,P>0.05,and after treatment,the observation group had a higher Lysholm score and a lower VAS score(P<0.05);comparing the PT/BW and PT of the flexor and extensor muscles of the joint,P>0.05 was found before treatment,and after treatment,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with isokinetic muscle strength training can better improve the pain symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and promote the recovery of knee joint function in clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
