摘 要:目的分析在为糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症(Glucocorticoid Induced osteoporosis,GIOP)患者实施治疗的过程中鹿瓜多肽联合唑来膦酸所获得的远期疗效及对骨密度造成的影响。方法此次实验研究将2020年1月-2022年10月之间在天津市泰达医院接受治疗的GIOP患者64例作为实验对象,根据随机数字表法实现患者的分组,其中32例患者作为观察组,其治疗所用的药物为鹿瓜多肽+唑来膦酸,另外32例患者作为对照组,其治疗所用的药物为唑来膦酸,分析两组患者的远期疗效以及对骨密度造成的影响。结果观察组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗前及治疗后2年、3年两组患者各部位骨密度、疼痛评分均无显著差异,P>0.05;治疗后1年观察组患者各部位骨密度、疼痛评分均显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。治疗前两组患者骨代谢生化指标并无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后6个月观察组患者骨代谢生化指标显著差别于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论鹿瓜多肽联合唑来膦酸治疗GIOP的临床疗效较为理想,对近期疼痛、骨密度以及骨代谢生化指标的改善效果更为显著。Objective To analyze the long-term efficacy and the effect on bone mineral densi(BMD)in patients with Glucocorticoid Induced osteoporosis(GIOP)treated with Glucocorticoid peptide and zoledronic acid.Methods Sixty-four patients with GIOP who were treated in hospital between January 2020 and October 2022 were enrolled in this study,thirty-two patients were treated with deer-melon polypeptide plus zoledronic acid as observation group,and the other 32 patients were treated with zoledronic acid as control group,the long-term effect and the effect on bone mineral density of the two groups were analyzed.Results The clinical effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bone mineral density and pain scores between the two groups before and 2 and 3 years after treatment(P>0.05);one year after treatment,the BMD and pain scores of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the biochemical indexes of bone metabolism between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in the biochemical indexes of bone metabolism between the observation group and the control group 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of deer-melon polypeptide combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of GIOP is satisfactory,and the improvement of pain,bone mineral density and biochemical markers of bone metabolism is more significant.
