摘  要:目的探索佛山地区健康人群非空腹血液HDLC、LDLC、CHOL、TG的临床标准参考区间。方法将佛山市顺德区第三人民医院2020年1月-2022年1月期间符合纳入标准、不符合排除标准的健康体检者453例作为研究对象。体检时取得患者同意后采集体检者餐后2h和餐后4h静脉血,待全部标本收集完全后与5个质控样统一送至佛山市顺德区第三人民医院检验科检测低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、总胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)含量。采用统计学软件SPSS20.0进行统计学分析。采用随机数字表法随机抽取两组,每组60例验证所得标准参考区间的有效性。结果5个质控样检测结果均满意,3个标准物质误差均不超过1%,空白样均为0。说明检测结果可信,确认检测程序及检测系统性能正确。453例研究对象有4例标本未收集全,故予以剔除,对所有血脂指标进行K-S法检验后发现均符合正态分布。研究对象2小时HDLC、2小时LDLC、2小时CHOL、2小时TG分别为(1.35±0.31)mmol/L、(2.74±0.75)mmol/L、(4.88±1.03)mmol/L、(1.62±1.39)mmol/L,4小时HDLC、4小时LDLC、4小时CHOL、4小时TG分别为(1.36±0.33)mmol/L、(2.72±0.71)mmol/L、(4.88±0.92)mmol/L、(1.44±0.96)mmol/L。对数据进行分析后发现患者2小时HDLC、2小时LDLC、2小时CHOL、2小时TG离群值分别为2例、4例、3例、5例,4小时HDLC、4小时LDLC、4小时CHOL、4小时TG离群值分别有3例、6例、2例、4例。计算标准参考区间和验证所得标准参考区间时对离群值进行剔除。佛山地区人群2小时HDLC、2小时LDLC、2小时CHOL、2小时TG的95%标准参考区间分别为(1.35±0.60)mmol/L、(2.74±1.48)mmol/L、(4.88±2.03)mmol/L,(1.62±2.72)mmol/L;研究对象4小时HDLC、4小时LDLC、4小时CHOL、4小时TG的95%标准参考区间分别为(1.36±0.65)mmol/L、(2.72±1.39)mmol/L、(4.88±1.79)mmol/L、(1.44±1.89)mmol/L。经验算,两组研究对象2小时HDLC、2小时LDLCObjective To explore the clinical standard reference interval of non fasting blood HDLC,LDLC,CHOL and TG in healthy people in Foshan.Methods 453 healthy persons who met the inclusion criteria and did not meet the exclusion criteria in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were studied.After obtaining the consent of the patient during the physical examination,the venous blood of the examinee 2h and 4h after the meal is collected.After all samples are collected,they are sent to the laboratory of our hospital together with five quality control samples to detect the contents of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDLC),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDLC),total cholesterol(CHOL)and triglyceride(TG).Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used for statistical analysis.Two groups were randomly selected by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group to verify the effectiveness of the standard reference interval.Results The test results of 5 quality control samples were satisfactory,the error of 3 reference materials was not more than 1%,and the blank sample was 0.It indicates that the test results are credible and confirms that the test procedures and the performance of the test system are correct.Of the 453 subjects,4 samples were not collected completely,so they were excluded.After K-S test,it was found that all blood lipid indexes accorded with normal distribution.The subjects'2-hour HDLC,2-hour LDLC,2-hour CHOL and 2-hour TG were(1.35±0.31)mmol/L,(2.74±0.75)mmol/L,(4.88±1.03)mmol/L and(1.62±1.39)mmol/L respectively,and the 4-hour HDLC,4-hour LDLC,4-hour CHOL and 4-hour TG were(1.36±0.33)mmol/L,(2.72±0.71)mmol/L,(4.88±0.92)mmol/L and(1.44±0.96)mmol/L respectively.After analyzing the data,it was found that the outliers of 2-hour HDLC,2-hour LDLC,2-hour CHOL and 2-hour TG were 2,4,3 and 5 cases respectively,and the outliers of 4-hour HDLC,4-hour LDLC,4-hour CHOL and 4-hour TG were 3,6,2 and 4 cases respectively.When calculating the standard reference interval and verifying the standard refer
