摘　　要：目的探究PDCA循环护理管理对脑梗死患者神经功能及日常生活能力的影响。方法选取湖南省郴州市第一人民医院2021年1月-2022年8月期间接诊的96例脑梗死患者开展研究,按照随机抽签法分为对照组(予以常规护理)、观察组(予以PDCA循环护理管理),每组48例,对比护理效果。结果护理后,观察组CD-RISC评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组NIHSS评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组BADL评分、lADL评分较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论PDCA循环护理管理的作用效果更理想,利于增强患者心理韧性,减轻神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活活动能力,使患者对护理感到满意,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of PDCA circulation nursing management on neurological function and daily living ability in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A study was conducted on 96 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022.They were randomly divided into a control group(treated with routine nursing)and an observation group(treated with PDCA cycle nursing management),with 48 patients each.The nursing effects were compared.Results After nursing,the CD-RISC score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the NIHSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the BADL score and IADL score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of PDCA circulation nursing management is more ideal,which is conducive to enhancing patients'psychological resilience,reducing the degree of neurological deficits,improving their daily living activities,and making patients feel satisfied with nursing.It is worth learning from.
